Security Awareness Program
Koa Services has been involved in training the U.S. Navy's fleet in all types of training, from Anti-Terrorism, Armed Sentry's, to Personnel Security Awareness.
We now offer a Security Awareness Program for private enterprise by providing training for all non-security employees. It will then become everyone's responsibility to assist in maintaining a safe work environment not only from accidents, but also theft, vandalism, medical emergencies, trespassing, and the well being of the customers.
A security staff, whether in house or contracted, enhances a facility's security but cannot cover every location completely at all times. However, day or night at any time, an employee is in almost every location of a facility. Our Security Awareness Program takes advantage of a client total staff, and involves everyone in facility security, making their workplace safer and more secure. Customer safety and employee well-being is improved loss of revenue due to theft or vandalism is greatly reduced, and the business as a whole is better off.
We offer a 4-hour Security Awareness Program with the intent of getting as much of a client's staff trained as possible. It is a modular program, which allows a client to have staff trained in a manner tailored to your business. Koa Services uses a Mobile Training Team approach to its courses and comes to your facility to provide the training. Prior to any training a Physical Security Assessment will be conducted.
